Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return items within 60 calendar days of receipt, excluding samples. A refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Conditions:
- Original Condition & Packaging: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products should be in resellable condition, similar to what you would expect to see on a store shelf.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as non-returnable, or items purchased as part of a kit or package deal, unless all components are returned.
- Restocking Fee: For items returned due to reasons other than product defects, we may apply a 10%-25% restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@ckerailing.com to request a return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to:
- Return the original item following the return process.
- Place a new order for the desired product once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@ckerailing.com.
Warranty Service
Our products are covered by a 6-month warranty against defects under normal use and reasonable wear.
Warranty Limitations:
- Not Covered: Damage due to unintended use, natural disasters (“Acts of God,” such as house fires, floods, etc.), or improper installation not following provided instructions.
- Warranty Claims: CKE reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace products at our discretion based on the issue reported.
